To fully satisfy you, we have implemented a simple and efficient returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

Warning, this return/refund policy applies only if you have clearly indicated your mailing address with a phone number when ordering.

Here are the 4 possibilities :

1. You wish to cancel or modify your order

We process your order within 12 hours after its validation. For this reason, you have 12 hours after your order to send an email of modification or cancellation of your order to contact@bijoulito.com

Beyond this time orders will already be in production...

In this case, you will have to wait for the delivery and send us back the jewels for a refund. The return costs remain at your charge.


2. You have not received your package.

Our average delivery time is 10 to 18 days (less in 90% of cases) anywhere in the world.

If you do not receive your jewelry within 30 days then we will give you a full refund and you can keep the jewelry when you receive it,

3. You have received your jewelry but you are not satisfied with it

Don't worry! You can return your jewelry up to 14 days after receipt.

You must return the product in its condition and in its original packaging intact and clean, accompanied by the proof of purchase and the return slip.

This is a 3 step procedure:

1. Contact the support at contact@bijoulito.com to prevent that you are going to make a return
2. Print and fill out the return form at download here
3. Send your jewelry together with the form to the address we will send you by email.

After receiving the item, we will refund the total amount of your purchase in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please specify).

The return costs remain at your expense.

4. You have received your jewelry but it arrived broken

Despite all the attention we pay to the shipping of our jewelry, it may happen that your package is mishandled during delivery and therefore your jewel arrives broken.

  1. Your order number
  2. The description of the problem (wrong / faulty item, ...) will be sent to you as soon as possible. ..)
  3. A photo or video

You must return the jewel and we will refund the amount of your order directly to you in the form of a voucher (if you want another form of refund, please let us know).

Gifts

If the item is a gift or free jewelry in one of your orders, it can only be returned in case of a manufacturing defect or if it is damaged. In this case, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift code will be sent to you by email.

Shipping

To return an item to us, you must send it by mail to : Bijoulito, 30, rue Krüger, 87100 Limoges, France.

Shipping costs for a return are at your expense and non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 50€, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment or take out delivery insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
